• ➢ Guests are required to provide their identification proof during the booking process.
• ➢ A 50% advance payment is required for booking, while during special occasions such as Diwali, Christmas, and New Year, an advance payment of 70%.
• ➢ Once the advance booking payment has been made, you have the flexibility to cancel at any time. However, please note that a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. (10% of the total booking amount)
• ➢ In addition to the agreed-upon terms, any additional usage of the vehicle will incur extra charges. Please note that the additional amount will be determined based on the extent of the vehicle's extra usage.
• ➢ Any additional activities requested beyond the agreed-upon terms will be subject to additional charges. The pricing for the activity will vary depending on the specific activity you choose to participate in.
• ➢ To participate in the adventure activity, you will be required to present a valid identification document and complete a mandatory agreement.
